a) Navigation data (technical)
During navigation, technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, date/time of access, pages visited and other data necessary for the operation and security of the site (log) may be collected.

b) Data provided voluntarily by the user
If you contact us by email or telephone, we will process the data contained in the communication (e.g. name, email/phone number and content of the request) in order to reply to you.

3. Purpose and legal basis

The data are processed for:

  1. Ensuring operation, maintenance and security of the site
    Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6.1(f) GDPR).
  2. Responding to requests sent by the user via email/phone
    Legal basis: execution of pre-contractual/contractual measures and/or legitimate interest (Art. 6.1(b) and/or 6.1(f) GDPR).
  3. Monitoring the site's presence in Google results (Search Console)
    The site is linked to Google Search Console via the “Site Kit by Google” plugin. Search Console is used for technical analysis and search performance (not for advertising profiling).
    Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1(f) GDPR).

On the site not Google Analytics is active and not profiling activities are carried out.

4. Processing methods and security

Processing is carried out using IT tools and appropriate security measures. There are no automated decision-making processes or profiling.

5. Conservation

  • Technical logsfor the time strictly necessary for technical and security purposes, according to the server configurations and the provider's policies.
  • Email/phone communicationfor the time needed to process the request and, if necessary, for administrative/legal protection.

6. Recipients and data controllers

The data may be processed by suppliers who support the Controller, in their capacity as data controllers or autonomous data controllers, for example:

  • Aruba S.p.A. (hosting/server and technical services)
  • Technical suppliers of WordPress maintenance (if any)

7. Extra-EU transfers

The site is hosted on Aruba servers. There are no systematic transfers of data outside the EU; any third party services (e.g. Google Search Console) may involve processing by the provider according to its own conditions.

8. Rights of the data subject

You can exercise your rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, cancellation, restriction, opposition, portability).
